A SMALL COMPANY
SWISH BUILDERS LIMITED are deliberately remaining a small company. This means that you can be assured that the team take pride in their work, and give close attention to detail, quality, and technical ability. We only ever have a maximum of two projects at one time, so that we can give full project management throughout, with ongoing personal communication between client, architect, tradesmen and sub-contractors. We value the importance of good communication, and the role this facilitates towards a successful project. In particular we maintain a friendly, positive, professional relationship with our clients.
